Click Edit Site. Note: You will need editor access to perform this action. If this button does not appear in your dashboard, contact your administrator for assistance.

Make sure Dev Mode is turned on. Note: It is possible that Dev mode is already on when first accessing the editor.

Click Content Manager Note: You must be in Dev Mode. (See step 2)

Scroll down through the collections and click PrivateMembersData. Note: You must be in Dev Mode. (See step 2)

Click on the filter to add or change the information displayed in front of you.

If a filter already exists on the collection, click the 3 dots and choose delete from the dropdown.

Click New Filter.
Step 8
Choose "Login Email" from the first dropdown. Make sure "Choose a Condition" is set to "Contains" and add the facilitators email address to the "Enter a Value" Input Box.
Step 9
Copy the facilitaor ID from the first column "ID" Note: Do this step carefully. Any additional spacing or missing characters will cause an error.
When needed to add or change the facilitator ID for a student, this is the process to use to find a current Facilitators ID from the PrivateMembersData Collection.
