I like the setup and the underlying message against bullying (act 1). Act 2 (because of that's) also seems to flow naturally from act 1. I'm wondering about act 3 though. Saying that he no longer dreams feels more like a start to another story (I'm curious what happens to someone who doesn't dream? How do they cope? etc.) rather than the completion of this story. What did Malcolm learn in act 3, how did he grow?
