I love how you connected a sort of human like person/character with plants giving them traits such as them being happier in the sun and also how there is fungi or patches of moss growing on his skin. Some questions you could ask yourself are.... what conflict does he experience in the story? Does something happen to his home? How do the relationships with others effect how he acts in different situations?
