I loved the variety of drawings, great to see. Maybe in the future you could combine and have one person do backgrounds one do characters etc. (for example I loved whoever shaded the background in the 2nd frame), and all your character designs were good. The illness is a great hook for the end of Act 1. I think you could slow down a tiny bit, and add some tension...fantastic work!
