I really love this image. The small cramped (very full desk), the character's blank expression staring into the computer screen, the sketchy/shaky lines in your drawing= all give a sense of frustration or at the very least discomfort. Your title is Bad Boss, but this image makes me think of the possible effects the bad boss is having on an employee. Great job!
