The character's concept is very interesting. However, I feel as though she could be fleshed out or developed a bit better. Is there a particular reason her peers laugh at her dreams? Maybe a reason she's passionate/knows a lot about the ocean? Overall, I think she seems like a protagonist an audience can easily relate and connect to. Combined with the narwhal construction worker dream concept, she definitely isn't a dull character.
