This is something really simple but also unique to where I haven't seen it before. I wonder if the name signifies a meaning like how he looks bright on the outside, but feels blue and sad on the inside. How would the conflict be resolved? Does he find another dog to bond with? Will his owner come back? Overall an animation could portray a nice short story.
