I really like the concept of your character, someone who wants to be one thing, while the outside aspect of them is conflicting with the inside. Will something happen to John to make him make this decision or are any characters gonna help him change?.

i was surprised to know john is a monster i like that idea, but maybe instead of attacking people he could like them.

What I found most interesting was John and that he is a monster! How you made John look is very detailed and rugged and I love it, but how John just wants friends explains the sort of friendly smile on his face and it is great, although scary when he attacks people. It makes me wonder how John will tackle his hunger and get human friends (or not human friends?)

I really liked how you have created the external features of your character, while i do feel there could be much more to the internal feature. It makes me wonder if the character could transform itself into humans to fit in with the setting, or would it have the ability to communicate with other humans etc.
Moreover, i felt that instead of STEREOTYPE being an obstacle between the character and its wants and needs, the obstacle could have been the difficulty in living a life with humans or something like that. You can ponder over it for sometime for a better outcome.
