2) What you think about this submission:

I LOVE the idea of "What if a smile could light up a room". It makes me wonder about the different emotions that come with it. Some may feel embarrassed by the light and try to conceal their emotions, some might embrace that light. Maybe the light could peek in at wrong times and cause harm even? theres so much to play with which I love!

Matteo

all of the ideas were very creative. what would happen if the tiger got fake teeth. it makes me think if smiles can really that intense. love the way you created your art.

I really enjoyed that last one about a smile lighting up a room and I thought it was a very cool idea. Maybe you could add more detail to the drawings. Also, you could add more color. Over all i really liked all of your ideas and thought they were creative.

Grace

I'm interested in the idea "What if a smile could really light up a room". Would the light be coming from the person smiling? How would that effect our world? The bigger the smile the more light?

Gabriel

I like the animation put into your drawings, and I think the second what if is probably real, but I also love the drawings, the themes could be a little more specific.

Ziyad

I really liked all of your drawings and thought they were well executed. I think there is some room to grow your what if questions. For me some of the pictures lacked color maybe you can add a couple more details to your drawings. I really liked your ideas and how creative they are.

hadarya

I love your what if ideas and drawing. I recommend that you either speak faster or put the words slower. I recommend that for the last one you maybe put a light or bright color coming out of the girls smile. I love everything else, I am excited to see what what if you come up with.

Ashley

i liked the smile concept, how a smile could be truly radiant. but i question how could the tiger concept be framed into a story? how could the bug be? i did like however the firefly scenario and the fact his radiance is gone.

The ideas are clearly demonstrated with your drawings. I think that the ideas are very similar to each other. I think that you should add more to the stories so that it isn't very similar to the real world. The drawings were very emotion filled and clear.

Graham

The drawings and the animation is really great. maybe go into more detail for your stories. How did the tiger lose its teeth? why can’t the firefly light up? etc.

Emma

The firefly idea was very good. It was original and creative.

Cam

I like the first one! I think there should be some reason behind why it cant light up however.

Mackenzie

The idea I found most interesting was if a smile could really light up a room. It made me wonder about if only one person had this ability or did everyone.

Finnley

i found the first one the most interesting it makes me wonder if that firefly feels sad or any other feelings.

Jillian

My favorite was the one about the smile. It would be so entertaining. How would you get one of those smiles? Y'all did a great job with the video.

Braylon

I really loved the first idea, makes you wonder how the other fireflies would react, do they just find the other one weird? Does the firefly not light up by choice? Or is it something else? I like the art,it can be hard to draw with digital resources,so I think it's impressive that you got these results with it.

Kiwi

I found the tiger idea very interresting

Corbin

I want to see how characters react to the smil lighting up the room and if a frown could make it dark again.

Daniel

Very cool ideas and very able to expand upon

Corbin

I really like the idea that a smile could really light up a room? What would it be like if no one smiles/everyone smiles?

Chloe

Heeey—nice. Love how you played with an idiom for the last one; that's always fun (watch Syphony in Slang). And, for the other two—taking away a defining characteristic of an animal is a classic. So, a few questions—is the firefly incapable of lighting up from a biological standpoint? Like, have they sustained some sort of damage or been victim to some disability or defect? Or, do they just not know how to light up? Then, for the tiger—has it been missing teeth all of its life? Or, is this a recent development? How old is the tiger? Have their teeth just not grown in, or have they fallen out? And, does the smile emit light? Or, does the room itself light up whenever someone smiles?

Nova

All of these ideas are super cool! I really love all of them, especially the one about the firefly. I wonder how the firefly feels about not being able to light up? Does it feel excluded from the other fireflies?

Natalie

I really like the ideas that you came up with this and I think they have a lot of room to play around with. The first two ideas are a little simple but I think that they could be really good and emotional stories if written the right way. I really loved the idea of if a smile could literally light up a room because this is something you would not see every day and the story could be taken in so many different directions. Also I really like the drawings you did for this to show the ideas you have in mind :)
