Clever ideas. The idea I find most interesting is the humans and animals having magical connection and that allowing them to live longer. Do they inherently know that or need to learn it? How do they discover this connection? And is it a unique connection that each being needs to find, ie. one human and one animal developing that connection like a soul mate? What happens if they don't make that connection? And how does this connection impact their lives beyond living longer?

PD

woah....so original. i think the people who could grow gardens on their bodies is most interesting...never seen anything like that before. makes me wonder how this would change the world in various ways. would people "eat" their bodies? who would garden them? amazing...can't wait to see more

YEAAAAAAAAAAAAA—Oh my gOSH—Corn Chip Crusaders is the cutest—the li'l corn chip at the end really got me all "hee-hee"—so good. It makes me think of Cornchip Girl from Recess (also know as Theresa Laverne LaMaise)—it's on Disney+ now so you have no excuse not to watch it—except for maybe money issues and the fact that subscriptions are just about the worst thing to plague human existence. Anyways, very hyped for episode 2 of the Corn Chip Chronicles. But, living underwater? Body gardens? Magical familiar villages? All of these are very aesthetically pleasing (if you've seen any of my other comment you'll know that I use that word a lot—I have a big vocabulary I swear I just choose not to use it). Underwater stuff—really anything to do with water—it's just great. Check out Contre Temps. Of course, there's Ponyo (and, I mean, really all Ghibli films have beautiful water); there's the lesser-known Future Boy Conan. Also, Children of the Sea is hot-garbage—just about the worst movie I've ever watched—but it looks pretty—I'll give it that—begrudgingly. Same with Big Fish & Begonia—also trash but pretty. There's also Ride Your Wave and Lu Over the Wall. There's a lot that you can draw on—even games like Raft. Anyways—given that you said "suddenly", I'm assuming this was the result of some natural disaster of some kind? Rising sea levels and all that? How do they adapt so quickly? Do they have oxygen tanks? Can they not build anything above the water? Is there some danger above the sea? Then, for the plant people one—er—real quick Castle in the Sky's got some real pretty nature—again, all Ghibli stuff do—but, it's got the plant-covered robots—also Totoro for the rapidly growing tree sequence. Sorry—my thoughts are a bit scattered. But, do the plants grow from the people? Can they introduce new plants to their gardens? Can they fuse with plants? What happens if the plants die? OH—SORRY—check out Tomorrow's Leaves—it was an animation produced by the Olympics that I think is severely underappreciated. Okay, but yeah—what if the plants die? What if the person dies? Do they become one with the environment when they pass away? OH MY GOSH—sorry I need to stop screaming—Origin: Spirits of the Past—it's got some real good tree people. are there any other sort of abilities granted through these familiars (... *cough* I lied—play some Ni no Kuni)? What makes them connected? Can they communicate with one another? Does this only happen in this particular village? Are the animals mythical? What about bugs and fish? Do they count as animals? Alright, that's a wrap.
