I like both your first and second ideas, and I think they could open up a lot of new ideas. I wonder what would cause humans to avoid the sun as suggested in your first what if.

The idea I found most interesting was the idea of humans not liking the sun. Would we be afraid and hide from it? Or would we just prefer to be out of the sun? It makes me wonder more about how we react to weather that we don't like.

Nicely done! Communicating with plants has always been an interesting thought; I've always wondered what they might say or how they might sound. As for the other two—the first isn't much of a hypothetical for me (lol), and there was indeed a time, amazingly enough, that computers didn't exist. I'm not docking any points, I just found it funny. And, they can still totally work if built off of. Like, why don't the humans like the sun? Are they very vocal about it? Since all humans dislike the sun, have they created architecture, technology, or fashion that reflects that? Is it woven into their culture? And, for the second, is it an imagination of if computers didn't exist in the modern world? Does the definition of computers encapsulate even the most rudimentary computers? The kind that are mechanical or kinetic rather than electrical? Just some questions to whet your mind a bit.
